With the abundance of talented, influential women who are defining – and designing – better futures for us all, there is also lack of recognition and awareness of their roles. WIN's mission to closing the gender gap in innovation comes to life with WIN Awards by raising the profiles of, and celebrating, women and champions who are innovating for the greater good.
Design System
The visual identity takes its roots in clean, geometric forms and vertical bars representing clarity, progression and growth towards a more equitable future—a bright purple compliments the brand's existing colour palette to add intrigue, intellect and creativity.
